Merlin collects data from any data source you have-dataloggers, spreadsheets and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), and turns it into useful information. Merlin receives all your instrument readings, inserts them into a backend database, checks readings against alarm levels, applies scale factors and displays everything in your project tree. Colored icons make alarms and warnings easily discernable, and a powerful graphing package visualizes data trends. Status and alarm notifications keep users abreast of critical developments. Combine this with automatically generated graphic plots for internet display, and you have a powerful package for managing and sharing information from an unlimited number of data acquisition systems.

Eyasco's proprietary approach anticipates definitions required by any database to group, sort and analyze your data, making data collection, presentation and transfer to enterprise databases virtually automatic.

No programming of any sort is required to enjoy rich graphical displays of your data, because graphical and tabular reports are automatically generated based on the type of data collected by a station. Merlin includes a Quality Assurance interface for evaluation of each sensor’s performance, either manually or automatically, so bad data will be flagged before used in graphs and reports. Merlin's methodology can be applied with any data acquisition system, provided your data contains the minimum amount of information necessary to uniquely define key parameters.
